Hello! I’m so happy that you found me!

I am a teacher, consultant, and curriculum author. I have experience with preschool through twelfth grade, teaching in a variety of settings. While I have enjoyed working with all age students, what I enjoy most is working with students in what I feel are the most pivotal times in their lives, and preschool is one of them. I enjoy knowing that I can make a major difference in their future successor young children; focusing on early education motivates me.

Thanks to a recent unexpected need to relocate, I found myself in the position of being able to refocus my career. Because of the increasing need for high-quality preschool, and a growing awareness of the positive effects of such preschool, I am so excited to announce to my friends and family that I have chosen to get involved in some new preschool projects.

Why did I choose preschool? I chose to work on preschool projects because I think that preschools (and preschool teachers) are undervalued by many people. A great preschool provides a foundational experience for successful future learning. There is increasing evidence that this is fact, and preschool teachers facilitate those foundational experiences.

To help spread information about the preschool years, I’ve decided to document my rededication to preschool. I hope that you value preschool as much as I do and I invite you to come along on my early childhood journey! My preschool play-based activities include centers, bins, and outdoor play. The enrichment topics include emerging literacy, early numeracy, preschool Spanish, preschool music, art exploration, and preschool STEM topics.
